- Peform a search for properties matching your client's requirements
- Choose the "save as buyer requirement" option (bottom left of screen)
- Choose the correct buyer from the list
- Give the requirement a meanful name such "Requirement for Mr Smith"
- Optionally you choose to add a schedule to the requirement, this means that the buyer will automatically be sent an email of matching properties on the days of the schedule you have set
- Whenever you or your partners add new properties matching any requirements they will be displayed on the alerts screen for you to browse
